1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ahranks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Ahranks is an AI search visibility platform that monitors your brand presence across AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Mode), provides competitive intelligence, sentiment analysis, citation tracking, and content optimization tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Ahranks.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Ahranks offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise)
  • Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Ahranks to violate any laws or regulations
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
  • Resell access to Ahranks without authorization

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Ahranks. We do not claim ownership of your brand data, scan results, or generated content. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ahranks is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Ahranks after changes constitutes acceptance.
